Mother Nature has a sense of humor. She let us think it was going to be a "normal" year again. Then came the punch line. High water, a lot of current and a lot of stain. Makes for some tough fishing. We are still finding fish shallow using bigger blades, sometimes two. We're putting a slip bobber knot about an inch to an inch and a half above the spinner of a crawler harness. Next a bead and then a quick change clevis with the next blade. Put a couple of pill floats in the beads and you can slow down without the bait sinking to the bottom and snagging up. The shiners are in the weeds. Find the shiners, you'll find the walleyes.
Good Luck. <:))))>< on!
