Upstream from the Highway 23 Bridge and around the island, you are sitting in the main pool located upstream of Chambers Grove Park. This pool is popular during the early season. Jigs tipped with either a minnow or crawler or trolling crank baits are excellent methods to catch walleyes early in the season. This area from here to the power house is also an excellent small mouth bass and musky spot.
